REPORTS TO:: Food and Beverage Manager.
Manages daily restaurants, bars and event operations and assists with training, beverages and menu planning. Maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts during service times. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
Degree or High certificate and a professional certification in Food and Beverage service or a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Has effectively managed Team Members for at least 2 years. Previous experience in a similar Job role. Training and coaching experience is an added advantage.
