REPORTS TO:: Chef
The cooks will be responsible for preparing consistent, high-quality, tasty and well presented foods. They will ensure courteous, professional, efficient and hygienic adherence to hotel operational standards. They will also assist the chef and chief steward in ensuring that all working stations are clean.
High school and a certificate in food production from a reputable hotel school required. Basic computer skills and familiar with food cost computing.
Previous Hospitality and Catering industry experience working as a Commi in a good-quality restaurant or 3 Star hotel.
One to five years of minimum previous experience required in a busy kitchen or full-service hotel.
