REPORTS TO:: Manager
Supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and the lobby.
Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries. Have detailed information about the hotel and city.
Well developed communication and customer relations skills. Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure. Knowledge of Opera / Fidelio / Other Property Management Systems is required.
Certificate, Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management. Computer Knowledge and experience required.
Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as a Front Office Supervisor and guest relations required.
