He or she will be responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavor for the restaurant and events.
Responsible for the smooth management of the kitchen in areas of profit, stock and wastage control, hygiene practices and training.
Must have experience in a la carte, buffet management, event catering and popular prized snacks like Pizzas etc.
Education:
Certificate in food production from a reputable hotel school required. Should have computer skills and be familiar with food cost computing.
Experience:
Three to five years of minimum previous experience in a similar positions in a rated star hotel required.
