We are a 100 room hotel in the Mt Kenya area and searching for a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will be a key member of our leadership team, and you will play a vital role in driving the success of our restaurant, bar, and room service operations.
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets
Develop and implement menus that are creative, delicious, and meet the needs of our guests
Manage food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability
Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff
Ensure that all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Formal training in Food and Beverage management.
A certificate in Advanced Food and Beverage Sales and Service most desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.
Proven track record of success in driving profitability and exceeding guest expectations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferably not more than 50 years old.
